Here’s what our SREI course offers that other designations don’t.
“What makes SREI courses different?” To be truthful, I’ve avoided this question for a long time. More specifically, the dilemma is usually between the SRES designation and the Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) offered by the Seniors Real Estate Institute.
The reason I’ve avoided this question is that I don’t want to ever make it seem like other courses aren’t worth taking. Of course, I’m a little biased because I founded SREI and wrote the Success in Seniors Real Estate course, but today I’m going to try and be as humble and pragmatic as possible when discussing the three reasons why people choose our course over the others (or in addition to it):
