SREI was founded by two practitioners — one with a doctorate in psychology and decades of fieldwork with older adults, the other with the operational and business background to scale a national training organization.
Co-Founder and CEO of Seniors Real Estate Institute and the primary architect of its curriculum, certifications, and coaching programs. 30+ years at the intersection of real estate sales and coaching, family counseling, senior move management, and adult education — specializing in the mature market since 2000.
B.S. in Family Studies & Gerontology (Magna Cum Laude), M.S. in Counseling Psychology, and a Ph.D. in General Psychology with a focus on residential decision-making in older adult couples. Former Licensed Professional Counselor, Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, master practitioner of NLP, and licensed real estate broker.
Nikki is a coach, trainer, author, speaker, professor, and advocate — and the reason SREI’s training sounds nothing like anything else in the industry.
Co-Founder and COO of Seniors Real Estate Institute, where he oversees operations, technical support, events, coaching, and training. Licensed real estate broker since 1995, with 25 years specializing in the mature market — particular depth in probate, estate transactions, and the many complexities that accompany late-life real estate transactions.
