It is designed for Certified Senior Housing Professionals who want to coach clients and families through the emotional and practical challenges of downsizing from start to finish.
To qualify for the Certified Senior Housing Professional® (CSHP), agents must complete Success in Seniors Real Estate coursework and all other course requirements. Course completion does not guarantee certification.
To qualify for the Certified Senior Downsizing Coach® (CSDC), an individual must be a Certified Senior Housing Professional® (CSHP) in good standing and successfully complete Senior Downsizing Coach Skills Training and all other course requirements. Course completion does not guarantee certification.
