What You’ll Be Able To Do.

By the end of six sessions, here’s what your day-to-day work with senior living communities looks like.

  • Assess existing relationships with senior living communities to determine current levels of engagement and effectiveness.
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities based on alignment, capacity, and strategic value.
  • Develop a structured approach to initiating and maintaining professional partnerships.
  • Implement repeatable follow-up and engagement systems that support ongoing collaboration and referrals.
  • Identify what is working within community partnerships — and what needs adjustment to improve results over time.
