Who is eligible to join the M3 Circle?
The M3 Circle is open exclusively to current students and graduates of Success in Seniors Real Estate®. Eligibility is verified prior to access being granted.

What if I already own some of the tools included in the M3 Circle?
M3 Circle membership goes beyond access to individual tools. Members receive ongoing implementation guidance, supplemental resources, and peer collaboration focused on best practices for using SREI tools and strategies. The value of the Circle is in continued application and refinement, not just ownership.
How does billing work?
Membership is billed at $149 per month and requires a 12-month commitment at enrollment. After the initial 12 months, membership continues on a month-to-month basis.
Can I cancel during the first 12 months?
No. The introductory membership requires a 12-month commitment. Because some included resources and presentation systems are fully downloadable and available immediately upon subscription, cancellations are not available during the initial term.
What happens after the initial 12-month commitment?
After the first 12 months, membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis at the same rate unless otherwise communicated.
Are the round tables in person or online?
Round Table Retreats are currently held 4 times annually and are live in-person events. You can learn more on the page for Round Table Retreats.
How will I know when new content has been added?
Members are notified by email when new content is added. Updates are also announced during the live monthly Q&A sessions.
How do I access the M3 Circle content?
All content is accessed through the M3 Circle online hub. Login details are provided immediately after enrollment.
What makes the M3 Community Forum different from social media groups?
The M3 Community Forum is available only to members. Questions posted by members are monitored by SREI staff and faculty to ensure higher-level responses from professionals experienced in the mature market niche and aligned with SREI’s proven strategies and tools.
Is the M3 Circle a coaching program?
No. The M3 Circle includes live Q&A and guidance, but it is not a one-on-one coaching program.
Does the M3 Circle replace Success in Seniors Real Estate®?
No. The M3 Circle complements Success in Seniors Real Estate® by providing continued access, additional tools, and ongoing implementation support.
Who is the M3 Circle not designed for?
The M3 Circle is not intended for agents seeking shortcuts, generic real estate advice, or passive content consumption. It is designed for professionals committed to mastery and ongoing development in the mature market niche.
What does it mean to have extended access to Success in Seniors Real Estate?
Students of Success in Seniors Real Estate have access for 12 months from enrollment to their course materials online. M3 Circle members maintain access to online course materials as long as their membership remains current.
Are Live Q & A sessions interactive or pre-recorded?
SREI hosts live Q & A sessions that are fully interactive and held online throughout each month. The interaction is between the participants and SREI facilitators – not as a discussion group. Questions submitted in advance are given priority and questions asked during the session are handled in the time allowed. The replays are made available to M3 Circle Members.
Aren't videos available for free on the SREI website?
There are select videos available on the SREI website for those who are interested in learning more about SREI and what we do. The more in-depth trainings, expert interviews, and showcases are only available through M3 Circle Membership.
