General Terms and Conditions.
A. Right to Refuse Service or Participation
SREI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, deny participation, or revoke access to any of its products, programs, courses, memberships, or events — whether in-person or virtual — at any time and for any reason. This right may be exercised, without limitation, in cases of disruptive, disrespectful, non-compliant, or competitive conduct, without refund or credit.
B. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, presentations, and content provided during any SREI event or program are the intellectual property of SREI or its respective owners. Attendees and participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any such materials without prior written consent.
C. Code of Conduct
Attendees and participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event or termination of access to the program without refund.
D. Liability Waiver
SREI and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained by attendees or participants. Attendees participate at their own risk.
E. Cancellation by SREI and Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that SREI cancels an event, program, or course for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure events, attendees will be notified promptly. Refunds or transfer options may be issued or provided at the discretion of SREI, and specific program policies will apply.

Section II
CSHP® Certification and Course Access Policies.
A. CSHP® Annual Renewal Deadline and Penalties
The annual renewal deadline for the CSHP® certification is September 30th each year.
- Grace Period: Until October 31st to renew without penalty.
- Late Fee: After October 31st, a $20 late fee will be applied.
- Lapsed Certification: If not renewed by December 31st, your certification will lapse, and you may be required to retake the course.
B. Success in Seniors Real Estate Course Access
The course is available for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless access is extended by having completed the program, applied for your CSHP®, and being current with your CSHP® dues.
C. Retention of Course Recordings
SREI is not obligated to maintain course recordings or replays following the completion of the course.
Section III
SREI M3 Club Membership Terms of Service.
A. Subscription Commitment and Cancellation
Enrollment requires a one (1) year minimum subscription commitment. Following the initial one-year term, the subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled. Early cancellations will only be made effective at the end of the initial one-year term and will not result in a refund or proration. To avoid billing for the following month, cancellation must be completed prior to the 1st of the month.
B. Course Access and Licensing
Membership is only available to current, licensed owners of the Success in Seniors Real Estate™ SSRE course.
- Active M3 Club members retain continued access to the SSRE course for the duration of their active membership.
- Active members are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Downsizing Made Easy® Presentation System and Moving Mom & Dad® Presentation System. These rights cease immediately upon cancellation, non-renewal, or termination of the M3 Club subscription.

Event and Live Course Refund / Cancellation Policies.

Refund Request
Must submit a written request to refunds@seniorsrealestateinstitute.com.
Transfer of Registration
Registrants may transfer their registration to another individual without a service fee. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to refunds@seniorsrealestateinstitute.com.
B. Live Course (in-person or remote) Cancellation
Cancellation Fee
Students canceling up to 10 days after registration and no later than 3 days prior to the start date may request a refund less a $50 service fee.
Cancellation Request
Must submit a written request to refunds@seniorsrealestateinstitute.com with registrant’s name, contact information, course details, and proof of registration.
C. Special and Invitation-Only Events
Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.
Transfer of Registration
Registration may be transferred to another individual within your organization with SREI’s approval. The request must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Section V
Coaching Program Refund and Access Policies.
A. Prepaid 1-on-1 Coaching
- Coaching Period: Sessions must be used within a 9-month period from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.
- Initial 15-Day Refund Period: Clients are eligible for a full refund of the prepaid coaching fee, less any fees related to coaching sessions already completed ($350 per session).
- Cancellation After 15 Days: No refunds will be issued for prepaid coaching services.
B. Group Coaching Programs
- Refundability: Programs are only refundable when the cancellation request is completed prior to the program commencing. Once commenced, the program is non-refundable.
- Commitment: Participants agree to a specified non-refundable, non-transferable term commitment and are responsible for fulfilling the full term.
C. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), SREI may consider refund requests, program deferral, or credit toward future programs outside the specified policy terms, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Section VI
Product Policies.
A. Digitally Downloadable Products
No refunds will be issued on digitally downloadable products. SREI does not accept returns or offer refunds once they have been purchased.
