Our group coaching programs are built around a simple idea: small cohorts, live conversation, and the kind of feedback you only get when someone who’s done the work successfully leads the conversation. Each program is designed with agents in mind and a coach who’s been on both sides of the table.
Group programming evolves with the market. Groups are created to support current trends, deal with relevant and timely challenges, and expand upon SREI’s foundational programs.
CSHP® Required
A structured program for CSHPs who are ready to build real referral partnerships with senior living communities — not just show up and hope for the best. Coached by Julie Davis, who spent 25+ years inside senior living communities.
Open To All Agents
A small-group coaching experience for senior-centered agents who want to turn the talks they’re already giving into a consistent source of referrals and one-on-one meetings. No certification required.
Every SREI group coaching program follows the same structure. Small cohorts, live sessions, real work between meetings.
Enrollment is capped on purpose. Everyone gets airtime. The coach knows your name, your business, and what you’re working on.
Live discussion, skill practice, and direct coaching — not recorded lectures.
Reading, exercises, and field practice. The sessions exist to make the between-session work stick — not the other way around.
