Submit your application only after completing Parts 1 and 2 of Success In Seniors Real Estate, finishing the Business Blueprint tasks, and passing the course exam with a score of 80% or higher.

Meet with the SREI membership council for a thirty to forty-five minute virtual conversation. By this stage in the process you are well prepared.

When your documents are ready, sign in and start your submission. The application fee is $35 and is paid during step two.

You will be given two opportunities to take the exam. After two unsuccessful attempts, you will be required to re-enroll in Parts 1 and 2 of Success In Seniors Real Estate before testing again.
The peer review interview confirms that you understand the foundational coursework and gives you space to discuss any questions about the Part 3 Business Blueprint tasks. The interview runs thirty to forty-five minutes and is held over a virtual video call.
By this point in the process, you are more than prepared. There is no need to be nervous.
Every candidate completes Success In Seniors Real Estate, the Business Blueprint, and the certification exam. SREI holds CSHP designees to a higher standard than other organizations, so there are no shortcuts to certification.
Candidates with prior education in this area often complete the requirements faster because of their existing experience and resources.
Allow seven to ten business days for the SREI team to acknowledge receipt of your application. Once accepted into review, you will receive instructions for scheduling your peer council interview.
