Although she grew up elsewhere, when Kim moved to New Orleans in 1997 she knew that she had found her home.  The warmth, quirkiness and joy of its people; the layers of historic architecture, culture and cuisine; its celebration of life and renewal - if you care about people and their neighborhoods and homes the way that she does, this city made perfect sense.  Kim was an interior decorator before becoming a realtor in 2005.  She is known for the concierge-level service she provides for buyers and sellers before, during and after a sale.  Putting the needs of others first comes naturally to her.  Trustworthy and discrete, Kim has assembled unparalleled resources to help her clients accomplish their goals.  She is a strong advocate, an effective negotiator and provides an experienced voice in the New Orleans real estate market.In 2012, Kim found that many of her senior clients needed a higher level of service that was different from a normal real estate transaction. That drive and concern for them and their families led Kim to specialize in helping seniors downsize. While not 100% of her business, most of Kim’s real estate transactions are helping seniors. She knows all of the right questions to ask, has assembled the specialized resource partners they may require and can help seniors navigate the sales process, whether they are downsizing to a condo or even independent or assisted living.Kim and her husband are two empty nesters living in the New Orleans area. After real estate, her second love is all things concerning animals, especially her rescue pets Phoebe and Ruby. Kim is a champion of seniors and is active in the ALS community.
