Expand upon your motivation for serving seniors and your “why” as it relates to the decision to specialize in the mature market. Consider pivotal experiences, people, or causes that may have played a part in your decision. Go back as far as you need to go – maybe even as far back as childhood or high school.
Use your reflections to draft at least one personal “signature story.” This is the story you will tell when talking to others about your reason for specializing.
