Day 12: Task 22 – Identify key resource team members

List your current preferred resource team members in the following categories. Include your primary contact, title, organization name, phone number, and website (if available).

By listing organizations and/or individuals here, you are certifying that you have personally interviewed and established a working relationship, such that you would feel completely confident referring and/or recommending them to a client.

• Senior move management company or similar service
• Estate liquidator(s)
• Professional packing/moving company
• Elder law attorney
• Financial/wealth advisor
• Donation site (that picks up)
• Donation site (delivery required)
• Home cleaning service
• Handyman/general contractor

NOTE: In the event that, after an exhaustive search, you are unable to locate a suitable resource in a particular category, outline your proposed strategy for assisting clients who may have a need in that area. Also discuss your plans for filling this gap permanently in the future or for ensuring the client receives support in that area despite a lack of professionals available.

*(The amount of time it will take to complete this task will vary based on your experience serving mature clientele, educational and professional background, level of connectedness to area professionals, etc. This is one of the most critical tasks in the Business Blueprint, so it’s better to be thorough than to attempt to rush the process).
