Before becoming a real estate broker, trainer, and coach, Nikki worked in counseling, caregiving, gerontology, ministry and education—fields where listening, guiding, and problem-solving were the norm. Those experiences shaped her approach to real estate and continue to influence her work today.

With over 30 years of combined experience in psychology, senior living, and real estate, Nikki has built businesses that go beyond transactions to truly impact lives. She holds a PhD in psychology, is the founder of the Seniors Real Estate Institute, and is the creator of the Certified Senior Housing Professional® and Certified Senior Downsizing Coach® credentials.

Nikki’s unique background makes her especially passionate about helping service-minded professionals—those from healthcare, social work, education, ministry, and other people-focused fields—translate their natural skills into thriving, senior-centered real estate practices.
