Session 3 Action Items

  • Evaluate your system for celebrating annual events by sending cards, emails, texts, etc. to your A+, A and B clients (or all of them). Choose one or more ways you can systematically connect using automation and/or time blocking.

  • Consider if you want to host an annual or semi-annual event for clients and referral partners (A+ and A contacts).

  • Review your connections with not-for-profit organizations that you may already have (or could easily create) and consider ways to expand your efforts to include your core advocates (A+ and A contacts).

  • Decide how you will appreciate those who refer you (or attempt to) and systematize this process so it is consistent and intentional.
