Evaluate your current communication preferences and biases, as well as any current obstacles to effective communication.
Make a list of all the possible pitfalls that your prospective clients may encounter and that you (as their guide) can help them avoid or navigate. (You may want to make 2 lists – one for “regular” clients and one for downsizing clients).
