Following the tours, document your experience. Be sure to include the community name, person who gave the tour and his/her title, usage of the course materials, outcomes from the tour, and your plan for moving forward with senior community relationship building with this type of community.
* You must tour a minimum of one longterm care and one memory care community (utilizing course guidelines) which are unaffiliated with a CCRC to be eligible for certification.
