Leveraging their training, creativity and passion for serving seniors, CSHP®s are building their businesses, while solidifying the message that they are their markets’ go-to experts on seniors real estate. They’re making a difference and the momentum is building.
Just this past week, Ingrid Sullivan, CSHP, and co-owner of the Sullivan & Sullivan Team at Keller Williams Realty’s Arlington, Texas office was cited in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram for her outreach among seniors.
Ingrid has partnered with area Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) where on a regular basis, seniors are invited to attend her presentation entitled, “Downsize Your Home to Upsize Your Lifestyle.”
Lately, these events have been drawing in about 70 senior adults who are looking for help and answers and that’s exactly what Ingrid offers. Often, adult children attend as well, to help support their parents construct a framework for getting started on a plan to look at all of the options available for a new chapter of life that calls for less maintenance and allows for more freedom and fun.
What an awesome, multifaceted strategy establishing her market leadership and generating leads – while making a significant contribution.
Given her talent as a trainer and success within the seniors segment, Ingrid stepped up last year to become certified as one of our Seniors Real Estate Institute trainers. As we expected, she’s been awesome – bringing her distinct blend of passion, business acumen and in-the-trenches expertise to the classroom.
As we always tell our students and members, we aren’t looking for just anyone to attend our courses and earn their CSHP designation. At the Seniors Real Estate Institute, we want to build a community of high-minded professionals and be in relationship with those people, like Ingrid and John Sullivan, who choose to make a living by making a difference!
